「Apartment was fairly basic but ok. Only booked for 1 night to be close to the airport. Room was very clean but the mattress was very hard and I found it uncomfortable. The advertisement did say that there was no lift at the property but didn’t mention that the apartment was on the 3rd floor. This is a major downside for elderly transatlantic travellers with several heavy bags or anyone with mobility issues and it is something that should be made clear before booking. 「The perfect unit for us! Our 1-bedroom second floor unit was very well-kept, modern and clean. Owner and Property Manager were very helpful and quickly answered our questions. We will definitely stay here again.」

「This was a large 2 bedroom unit. It was clean, beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked. The pool and hot tub were nice to have. We liked the location in Keauhou. It was a quiet property. The only negative was the internet in our unit, it was off and on constantly and not strong at all when it was working.」

「We loved the 2-bedroom suite! Plenty of space, balconies in each room and really nice kitchen. The only thing I would suggest is a good scrubbing of the shower stalls and tiles floors. Other than that, nice and clean, nice fluffy towels. The Marriott Waikoloa has so many amenities and is close to all the things we like to do on the Big Island. There's no where else we would stay!!」
