ハトンファームビレッジ周辺のホテル

「Stayed with my son and daughter. Very comfortable stay with new building, equipments and so on. Design and atmosphere is like Disneyland but more natural and wild.」

「Great location ,with McDonald near the hotel. friendly staffs」

「朝食が美味しいし、種類が豊富。」

「Overall, the hotel is really nice and quite charming. The only thing that I would see was the parking . We had to use the overflow parking which was in a very dark area away from the hotel so it was dark. I did not feel comfortable walking back up to the hotel late at night. also we did upgrade our room to include a bath, but there was no water for the bath, so I was really disappointed in this because it was a lovely feature in the room. When I did say to the hotel receptionist, they said OK...

「Hallo Lucy. Thank you for your cheerful response. The room was clean and very cute. Especially morning was so delicious.」

「There is no one to check you in or ask questions to until after 5 pm or so. The front desk isn't staffed in the morning but I finally found someone cleaning a room the following morning. He told me they would not store my small but somewhat heavy bag for pick-up after 5 pm when a front desk person would be there. I said I didn't mind waiting until 5 pm to come back for the bag. He then changed their excuse for refusing to hold the bag to "we can't be responsible for it". I wasn't asking them...

「ロケーションがとても良かった」

「サービスエリア内のロケーション。隣がファストフードとスーパーがあるのは便利。駐車場には別途5ポンド必要」

「Had a fantastic stay staff was so helpful my grandkids loved are stay」

「Staff were friendly room was lovely and food exceptional. One criticism was charging point in car park only had css charging which does fit all electric cars but that isn't responsibility of the hotel as run independently, just would have been good to have other types of tethered fast charging leads.」
