"The staff are amazing, supplying coffee, soft serve, extra supplies for the room, breakfast and assistance whenever requested. The room was comfortable, with a mini fridge, bar sink, microwave and counter to make food and equipped with a TV that connected to our accounts for streaming which my kids loved. Parking is free and safe. Nearby restaurants are foodie heaven. Calaveras County is amazingly beautiful, and this is the perfect launch point for a trip to Bear Valley, Big Trees State Park or any other local spots. "

"The breakfast was continental with some nice options. Everything was fresh and nicely laid out. The room was clean and quaint and I loved my balcony overlooking the bistro below. The staff was great and extremely welcoming. I felt like I made new friends in my short stay."

"We had an amazing time. The cottage was perfect for a quiet weekend get away. It is very close to main street and the shops and restaurants, there are several other attractions that are close by as well, and the scenery is fantastic. Our host is AMAZING...such a wonderful woman. I enjoyed meeting her and taking time to talk to her. We already love Murphy's, but this experience at such a cozy and comfortable spot had us planning our next adventure out there. Thank you, Ms. Denise for your hospitality and kindness.
