"We were very happy with our decision to stay at this property. Proximity to town was awesome. The kitchen was amazing. There was plenty of space for us all & the house was like a charming farmhouse. "

"The property was perfect for the 4 of us. 2 couples. I am 6 weeks post op of a total knee replacement. The walk to town was easy and therapeutic. We had a small issue with one of the bathrooms and the owner had it fixed within 2 hours of notifying them.The mattress in the little room will need replacement soon. We will definitely book again in the future. "

"Location is excellent, within easy walking distance to downtown. Area seems safe and quiet. Nice touches like providing toiletries, utensils, cookware, and a few treats were a pleasant surprise. The home is newly renovated with a beautiful kitchen making the space very inviting. As far as cleanliness goes, it is in need of a deep clean and some maintenance. Accumulation of dust, dirt and hair in the corners, baseboards etc. Clogged sink. Splatter on bathroom wall, soiled plunger/brush. Slider door has no curtain/blinds and some doors do not close. Minor fixes but if you can over look them you will love this place. "

"The Parkside is a charming cottage in a great location. A 5 minute walk to downtown Murphys. You and see and hear the creek from the back yard, the 2 bed 2 bath set up is perfect for 2 couples. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds comfortable. And the cottage was very clean! We'll definitely stay there again."

"The home was clean, spacious, updated in areas and authentic in others. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. The yard is well kept and the hot tub was very relaxing after walking around town all day! The location was perfect for us to enjoy downtown Murphys! We had a great weekend and hope to make it back next year!!! "

"This was a great place! Plenty of windows and natural light. Decorations were really well done and it felt very homey. Lights and outlets everywhere, well done! Loved the outdoor shower too. The fixtures and tub/shower are antique style, looks great but a little difficult to use. Overall a wonderful property!Thanks!"
