「Traveled with a coworker to a conference so we shared a room and booked two (2) beds. When we arrived at the hotel they only had a room with one (1) king bed. Just disrespectful and disappointing. How dare they give my room away! They said they over booked the rooms, NOT my problem. I did NOT receive what I reserved. Shame on a Marriott!!!!」

「It was perfect but they should mention that the breakfast is not complementary. You have to pay for it through the bistro.」
