"Which hotel at 2:45 to check in they told me the room wasn’t ready with it for an hour. Came back. Still wasn’t ready. Wait it again for next hour. Come back then they tell me they didn’t have a room for me. I’m coming all the way from CANADA with my kids for basketball tournament. 2 of my kids has Down Syndrome atautistic and the other one has Crohn’s we’ve been travelling for eight hours and they tell me they don’t have a room for me that I booked. I tried to go to other places to see if they have availability. No one had nothing went back to the hotel then they told me that they have a room for me, but there’s no AC. Since I had nowhere to go on no room, I said OK do they have a window? She said yes. Upon getting into the room, the lights doesn’t work. The room is disgusting in the corner a little the bed like this room has never been clean properly. Roaches was in the bathroom I went back downstairs to tell her. She thought she told me that the lights doesn’t work too and no you didn’t. You just said you had a room for me and the room that I book was two bunk bed. The room they gave me was one bunk bed for four of us. Again, I know where to go ask for towels and blanket. When I open the towels, the towels were black and dirty. The room needs to be renovated. They need to fix the AC and look like it was never been fixed in years. There’s so much dust in it. Why are you guys advertising your stuff on Expedia? The pictures does not look like the hotel. The picture look like "

"Next day after checking the hole 12 floor smelled like Marijuana which the smell ended up in my room, after a day the marijuana smell was in the lobby. Had breakfast on day two, took little over two hours to get my breakfast. After checking out the staff was friendly, I noticed driving back to the airport my clothes smelled like marijuana, which is not professional in a business setting where you meet clients, and they smell the odor."

"Newer hotel in great condition. Room and public areas were clean. Bed was comfortable and shower was hot with good pressure. Breakfast was very good. Coffee & hot chocolate always provided in lobby. Staff were all very friendly! Would stay here again! "

"Our 1st room had bugs of some sort, the cover & sheets were stained & ripped. We told the front desk who then gave us another room. No bugs, but no shower curtain. We told front desk who then tried to hand ME a curtain to hang. I told him I'm not hanging it- it took hours for someone to come do it. No time to wait for them so the floor was soaking.The microwave cord was too short to reach to plug- so couldnt use the microwave. With all that being said- I am grateful we did not have to sleep in the car."

"We left out at 8 am and the cleaning staff did not come to clean the room until 3 pm. There was only 2 wash cloths. I had to call for more. There was no blanket in the room when I called to get one it took them 1 hour to bring it. It was like pulling teeth to get things that should have been i.e. paper cups."

"This hotel is very run down. The hotel was under construction and it was not specified in Expedia that the hotel is going through construction. There was no breakfast room or a lounge. Elevator was not in service. The carpeting is very old and musky the rooms are very tiny and outdated and the linen and bedding is old. This was not worth the price"
