「Breakfast is the best part of this hotel. The room was clean. The staff was courteous. However: 1) The water dispenser in the Fitness room would not dispense water. The gentleman Kyle at the front desk was able to resolve this situation within 30 mins. 2) The thermostat "display" on our 1st floor room did not show the essential details. 3) The window on the 1st floor room were not locked when we arrived. 4) The Fitness room was apparently in the process of being remodeled. 「Parking was easy. Check in was easy. Room was clean, ice machine worked and air was cold enough. Tv had channels that actually had something on I'd watch. Breakfast was there, juice was warm, they had no extra pillows when I asked.」

「The property is old, that is a given but poor cleaning doesn’t help. There is hard water stains around all the faucets and drains. The air conditioning units and room vents have heavy dust buildup. The closet had things in the corner from long ago. The bathroom mirror had spots that I hadn’t created and I think a dirty cloth was used to clean the hallway mirror. Big stains like the ones I had on my carpet should be patched up if the carpet is still made. These things were noticeable gross and...
