「I have been to the crane about 5 times and everytime I visit I fall deeper in love with this resort. It’s clean, beautiful and the people are amazing they go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is great. I appreciate that there’s always a kitchen in the rooms. My only complaint is the lighting as a woman who does her makeup every night on vacation, better lighting would be phenomenal. I can’t wait to come back the food, pools and beach are all 10 out of 10.」

「Our first day, The hot water wasn’t working, they did fix it after but was still slightly warm not hot. Excellent staff is what makes this place worth it. Very helpful and accommodating. When our flight got delayed we were able to check out late at 3pm and stay in the lounge with use of their facilities and even food and drinks until 6pm. Food was okay, not a lot of vegetarian options besides salad. Seaweed was present on the beach so didn’t look nice to go in the water.」
