「美しい浜辺にある静かなホテルです。朝食も美味しく部屋も綺麗でした。ケープタウンの空港から距離がありますが、ホテルに依頼すれば、空港からのトランスポーテーションを提供してくれます。レセプションの方も親切で、色々な依頼事項にも対応してくれました。4日間ほど滞在しましたが、とても良い時間を過ごすことが出来ました。 」

「My family and I stay for Christmas break and by far was one of the best stays we ever had. The penthouse is huge, clean, and very accommodating. Check in and out was smooth. I have zero complaints and I highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in Cape Town!」

「Absolutely stunning place to stay. Our bedroom view was of the whole of Gordon’s bay. Superbly comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was a feast with perfectly poached eggs, sides, avocado, croissants, etc! Ate way too much!!! Add to that just how wonderfully welcoming and attentive our hosts were. More than that, they also gave excellent advice on our planned excursions. They love this area and want you to love it too! We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. 」

「Our stay was amazing and the staff was very friendly. If I could ask to change one thing it would be for air conditioning on the hot days, but there were only just a couple of days that were extremely hot.」

「firstly communication was not clear because when I get the guesthouse the person who was assisting me told me that I'm supposed to be in Strand but the direction that I got was for Somerset. I was so confused but assisted me because there was a room that was free in that site. very thing is perfect very apartment is very nit and clean. 」

「Basic accommodations, didnt look like the photos. Less of a hotel bit like staying in someone house. Mold around shower and ok room for a quick overnight stay. 20 min walk to restaurants though. Bed comfy. 」

「The staff was very friendly helpful. The room was huge, clean, quiet, wifi great, all the meals I had was tasty and well presented. I noticed that the service at the pool was very slow and it took forever to pick up the dirty dishes. I am not sure if the manager is giving enough guidance」

「Only far away from city. Please note Cape town has big problem with trafic jam. Quiet and near the beach. Good if you have a car」

「Pool was enjoyable. Rooms modern and very clean, comfortable bed and spacious. Staff very friendly and hospitable. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Somerset West. Location also convenient and close enough to the highways to Stellenbosh and to the N2 to Cape Town or George. 」

Debbie and her two ladies were the perfect hosts that took really good care of us all the time. I cannot recommend this place enough. This is where I will be staying every Cape Town visit from now on. 」

「Simply the best first night in a foreign country experience we've ever had. Jayne and Le Roux are the perfect people to work in hospitality and the attention to detail was unbelievably outstanding. The whole property is absolutely amazing and it's far more than just a hotel - the experiences offered from the meals to the wine tasting to the runner duck watching (has to be seen to be believed) are fantastic and they set the bar for the rest of our time in South Africa very high indeed.」
