Borderline Scam - avoid at all costs

This should not be listed as a hotel - this is a room for rent. It was missing many bare essentials that have been standard in hotels for decades and the service was absolutely horrible. None of rooms had necessities like clocks, phones, hand towels, or tissues. Refrigerators nor safes were available, which is extra relevant saying the doors are about as thick and robust as an old pizza box. Despite having a "Queen bed" (it was two twins pushed together), we were provided with a single pillow and a twin sized duvet. If you're on the east side of the building, its so loud it feels like you're sleeping on the road - in general, you can hear everything happening in every other room in the building, loud or quiet. I could hear one of my colleagues unzip his luggage and he was one floor up on the far corner of the building. They are still not cleaning rooms during stays (or restocking towels might I add), in an effort to "reduce contact for COVID" and yet not a single employee or fellow guest was wearing a mask or taking any other precaution. Each night we had to go down to the front desk to ask for new towels (again, no phone in the room so you can't call them) and 3 out of 4 nights, they either entirely forgot to bring them or only provided them once we had asked 2-3 more times. The staff's professionalism is outshone by high-school volunteers. Lazy and incompetent are the only words that come to mind. I cannot stress this enough - DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!

Einziger Lichtblick waren die sehr freundlichen Gespräche mit der Bedienungen. Ein Behinderten Zimmer ist nicht gerade sehr schön eingerichtet: Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken kann schöner gemacht werden. Türen und Zargen sollten mal wieder hergestellt werden. Schallisolierung der Fenster waren gut, an der Tür zum Flur mittelmäßig. Jedoch für den Preis ging es.

Fine værelser, lidt gammeldags. Vores seng havde dog et hak i den ene side, så min kæreste sov lidt skidt. Tæt på sporvognen, så lidt larm om natten, men det er et okay hotel. Ret simpel morgenmad, ikke helt set værd synes vi.

Leider wirklich keine "hübsche" Gegend, aber sehr praktisch direkt an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angeschlossen, sodass man* schnell im Zentrum ist. Schönes großes Bett. Einfacheres sauberes Bad. Zimmer leider ziemlich hellhörig und laute Nachbargäste während meines Aufenthalts. Für den Preis aber insgesamt wirklich gut.

Das Personal war sehr bemüht, mir ein anderes Zimmer zu organisieren, das neue Zimmer war dann aber leider nicht geputzt, so dass ich wieder ein Zimmer zur Strasse hin bekam, so dass es weiterhin unerträglich laut und warm war.Einrichtung schon sehr abgenutzt und schmuddelig, Lift defekt, Duschgel/Shampoo leer, Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert.Und dazu der Lärmfaktor der Strasse!

Wie so oft, Bilder verharmlosen den Zustand. Fahrstuhl defekt, Matratzen durchgelegen, Badezimmer aus den 70ern! Keine Verdunkelung möglich, um 6:00 war die Nacht vorbei. Vergilbte Gardinen und zu guter letzt noch direkt an einer der meistbefahrenen Straßen Hannovers gelegen, selbst nach hinten raus sehr laut. Personal am Anreisetag, war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
