Really great location near parks, transit and the royal palace. We used it as our hub for trips to other cities. Staff were really nice even though my Spanish is hardly worth attempting. They were also flexible about storage between our two stays. You could certainly use their breakfast buffet every morning, but we found a really nice cafe down the block that was great too.

The room was small but modern and chic. Property lighting in all areas. We were pleasantly surprised with the bar and it's musical performances with skilled musicians, piano players and singers, very enjoyable. Wanted to single out Aaron of guest relations who was very helpful and made us feel at home. We'll be back!
