Pleasant hotel, we had a good sized room. It was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good. The gym was a disappointment. Good equipment, however no gym mats, no towels unless organised with reception and I don't think there was any air conditioning. The exterior of the hotel was a mess, lots of litter. Although access was easy the proximity of McDonald's and the petrol station certainly didn't enhance 'the look'.

This is a very nice hotel, easy to reach and easy to connect from there to the city centre of Cuenca. The staff is really service oriented and customer oriented. and we were amazed about the high quality of breakfast, especially about the variety of food offered.

We have a very nice stayed there. Very good breakfast options from hot to fruits, very fresh. The staff was very helpful. Transportation services around the area. And a beautiful shopping center, with very nice stores and a supermarket.

The hotel was clean, good bed, friendly staff and easy, free parking. On the negative, the room was cold and the heating didn't work, but this was quickly remedied by providing an oil filled radiator.

There is a McDonald store next to the hotel and it was a bit dirty in the morning. Nevertheless, at the hotel staff is very friendly and professional. Special kudos to the staff at the breakfast area

Nice hotel but located far away from the central and historical areas and sights in Cuenca. There is not much public transportation in this area. It would be okay to stay here if you had a car.
