"初めて江南エリアに宿泊しましたが、ホテルの周りには人気の飲食店も多く、仁川空港からのバス停も近くにあり便利な場所でした。 スタッフの方々も皆さん親切で居心地の良い空間でした。 またぜひ利用させていただきたいです。"

"I had a one unforgettable terrible problem. At the first midnight, I found the hair dryer was broken. When I connected it to the plug, it started emitting strange smell and even smoke! I called the front but the experience was horrible. At the first call she just said "no English" and shut down the call. I made a call again and told about the problem with simple English then she just said "I don't have another hair dryer" and shut down the call from her side again without any suggestion or even apologies. That experience was 0/10 with no doubt. The hair dryer problem was solved next morning by asking the real front desk staff. She was so kind. I strongly recommend you to check all the equipments before the real front desk is closed. The staffs at the actual front desk were all so kind and great. The call support was horrible. Other equipments were ok. The room was big enough for the price. Room cleaning was well-done. Those are 8+/10, but the worse call support is a huge downside."
