"良い点は、ロケーション最高、駐車場あり、大人数で宿泊可能なのはここしかない、とってもリーズナブルという点。 気になった点は、お風呂場の下水道臭、押し入れや食器棚の中がめちゃくちゃで整理されていない、玄関の鍵がなかなかかからず力ずくで簡単に開けられそう、3階天井のコードがブラブラしている、洗剤が設置してあるような写真掲載あったが実際はないこと、パーテーションが安定せずガタガタで倒れそう、トイレの電気がなかなかつかないこと。特に困ったのは、人数が多かったのでソファベッドをベッド使用したかったが工具が必要でできないこと。せめてソファとして使えたら良かったが、ソファとしてもマットレス全てが斜めでずり落ちてくるので使用不可なのは困った。フラットにする方法がわからないならソファベッドはないと案内するか新調するほうがいい。結局3階押し入れの布団を運んでそれを敷くことにした。ドライヤーは１０秒使用後爆発音がし煙が出て使えなくなったが、問い合わせたところ翌日には対応してくれた。一日目は全員濡れた髪で寝ました。老朽化は値段を考えると仕方ないし理解してるので是非改善できる点はしてくれたら快適になるはずです。"

"＜良かった点＞ ・安い！コスパいい！ ・すぐ隣に安くていつも空いてる駐車場あり （レンタカー利用の場合、めっちゃ良い！） ・大きいサイズのベッドが4つあり、部屋も分けられていてよかったです。 ＜悪かった点＞ ・ゴキブリ出現！ ・線路と近く、電車が通るたびに、うるさい且つ建物が揺れる ・トイレの水圧が強く、流すときに水が飛ぶ ・階段の角度？が急すぎる、且つ、わけわからない滑り台？？？子供は転んで怪我しそうな、、、 ・周辺の治安が悪い（チンピラグループとかホームレスグループとかが多く、車がないと、外歩くのは怖すぎる）"

"The place was spacious, clean and beds were comfortable except you won’t be able to sleep. The walls are thin. It’s near a train station so you feel the train every time it goes by. You can feel and hear the loud motorcycles nonstop. It’s also near the fire station so you hear the loud siren all night and day. We were woken by all these noises all night long. On top of that, you can smell smoking from the neighbor whenever they smoke which is during the day. "

"Family of 5, kids aged 9-16, plus two additional adults stayed with no problems. Very close to Hananozocho Osaka Metro Station. Lots of nearby food choices as well. The four bedrooms all had their own air conditioners that worked great. Would stay again. "

"전형적인 일본 주택임. 생각보다 소음은 심하지는 않았으나, 2층에서 뛰거나 하면 1층에서 진동은 크게 느껴짐. 역 가깝고 근처 맛집도 있고 먹고 돌아다니는데 불편함은 없음."
