「The property was very well landscaped with lots of interesting plants although there was a fair amount of construction material in the yard and it needed mowing. We didn’t see the owners while there. No cell service and couldn’t get the WiFi to work.」

「Great stay, perfect location. Research locations to eat before you arrive. Really enjoyed the overall atmosphere of Hana, the people were amazing, and the overall stay was good. Please remember there is no air-conditioning, Wish communication from host was better.」

「Seriously, this was such an amazing place to stay! The lodging itself was great with plenty of room, WiFi, refrigerator, oven, laundry, etc. But the real joy was the property itself and all the animals! There are chickens, geese, ducks, goats, dogs, horses, cows, a pig, a mule, etc. So unique and amazing.」

「Property was amazing and relaxing. Landscaping was beautiful and well maintained. The Bungalow had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Unfortunately, our stay coincided with the historically bad Kona low in mid March. Winds and rain were non-stop and Shelly was very accommodating. She checked in on us a couple of times to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay again if we were back in Hana.」

「We stayed while the storm was passing through, I believe this was the only place on the road to Hana which had power and water as they are self suffiecient. The gardens were gorgeous and Michael and Terry were very good hosts. The location was exactly as described in the listing.」
