"We had the best experience staying at Tammi and Mika‘s place. They are the most warm and welcoming hosts! All amenities are there as described plus more. Great location 15 minutes by car from the airport in a green lush area with amazing views! I highly recommend the place. You’re not going to be disappointed! We just left and we miss Mika and Tammi already!"

"Place smelled musty. Fan on kitchen wall was so dirty. Some kitchen cabinets wouldn’t close while another couldn’t open unless you opened refrigerator. However, the view was beautiful."

"Accessing the room was complicated. There was a way to open two doorknobs at the same time that was not mentioned in the description. Fortunately the manager lives onsite and helped us access the apartment. "

"My stay at Hana-Maui Resort was unforgettable. The room was incredible with an ocean view, and the private bungalows made it feel so peaceful and secluded. The robes they provided were amazing—such a small detail that made a big difference. Every single staff member was exceptional, especially the receptionist. We called ahead to let them know we’d be arriving late (around 10pm), and she was so kind and professional. After the call, she even called us back just to make sure we grabbed food before leaving the city since everything would be closed when we arrived. When we got there, she was just as warm and helpful in person. The property itself is stunning—beautiful views, gorgeous walking paths, and two 24-hour pools. We didn’t try the spa or restaurants, but everything else exceeded our expectations. Truly worth every penny—I would absolutely stay here again."

"It was as described. The location was good for a stay in Hana. You can see a slice of the ocean between the trees and homes across the street but there is no access to the ocean. It was about 30 minutes from a great hike at Pipiwai Trail south of Hana. They helped us out by letting us drop off our bags early."

"First of all. The host gave me not one. But two! Wrong pick up addresses. Causing me to waste 3 Ubers. And then they have the audacity to charge me for the picking me up at the wrong location. And the end of 5 days of rental I noticed bed bug bites on myself. It could be from the tent or even the vehicle seats. Made a complaint and the host/ Expedia refuse to take accountability. Don’t recommend. You’re better off renting a suv and buying a cheap tent. Not impressed. "

"For a night in Hana it's ok. Wouldn't want to stay much longer. Room was clean, but outdated and musty. Anya and Frank are a sweet couple that has a beautiful garden. "
