Upon checking out, my friends wanted to pay some by cash and some by credit card; they were told that this is not possible, and that they have to choose one of the 2. 「長野ビッグハットでのコンサート後に宿泊しました。チェックインが遅い時間になったけど受付も親切でした。」

「食事は夕食はフルコースで朝食はオムレツ、目玉焼き、エッグベネディクトから選べる。とてもボリュームがあった。 壁紙やベッドにかけてある布の絵柄が素晴らしい。」

「お世話になりました。 朝食バイキングがどれも美味しく、また温泉の質も良く久々に日常を忘れゆっくりできました」

「フロントの女性が事務的でちょっと冷たい印象だった」

「大浴場が寒い。お風呂の水温が低かった。」

「The property was so beautiful and well maintained. There were 4 of us and the room we had was huge! The staff was incredibly helpful with booking our lift tickets and coordinating with the rental companies for equipment pick up and drop off. They even helped us book a private taxi back to the train station. Only a couple mins from Evergreen ski school and the happo one lift. Also, the little sandwiches and cereal they had in the morning was a perfect snack to start the day before our activities....

「唐松岳・五竜岳の登山の為に訪れ前泊させていただきました。 朝早い出発を予定していたので朝食を取らずにと思いましたが、団体様が少し前倒しの時間で朝食を取るのでと、こちらの分も臨機応変にご対応いただき助かりました。 登山の為の前泊でしたので早寝してしまいましたので、もう少し温泉を満喫したかったのが残念でした。」

「部屋も綺麗で広く快適で素晴らしかったのですが、 1番良かったのはオーナーの方なのかわかりませんが、その方に連絡がすぐについた事です。 それだけで安心できましたし、とても良かったです。機会があれば、またお世話になりたいと思います。」
