"For it being my first time at great wolf lodge, i and my family truly enjoyed our stay here. I only wish the hotel had more accommodation such as an iron in the room and enough towels in the room to accommodate the amount of gues we had. Other then, everything was tasteful and i look forward to returning"

"Staff, breakfast and beds"

"The place was clean, the staff were helpful, the amenities nice and as described. Our ac wasn't draining properly, so the room was extremely humid (windows so fogged you couldn't see out, despite outdoor highs in the low 70s) and made an alarming creaking sound every 45 minutes or so. The sheets were nice and the bed and pillows very comfortable."

"So clean! So nicely decorated! Such a great use of space-cozy living room seating, large dining table with benches and stools for extra seating, loft sleeping for my 3 adult children, bathroom hooks for drying towels. This host has thought of everything so that you can have a wonderful vacation experience. We most enjoyed the bbq grill and outdoor dining table for family meals and the smaller bistro tables for morning coffee on the deck."

"The beds were nice. The room was good, but the bathroom had popcorn missing in some areas from the ceiling. The edges of the ceiling were needing new paint or caulk, you could see the sheet rock tape edge, like it was coming off, baseboards were needing cleaned and needing an upgrade. Small amounts of dirt in the corners of bathroom, shower had a couple black pieces of hair from someone, I am brown, so not mine. Shower sprayed light, but most hotels I have been in do. Front desk was nice and easy to check in. "

"Wonderful place to stay"

"The staff were very nice and professional. No problems there. The hotel as a whole is a little run down. Exercise room leaves A LOT to be desired. Tread mill didn’t work and the elliptical trainer is about to fall apart — it’s in terrible shape. The room was adequate. Bathroom is very dark, hard to put makeup on. And no exhaust fan. The AC worked great. Love a cool room to sleep in. Bed was comfortable."
