The staff were not an issue, they are very friendly, 10/10. The room was ok, but there was trash on the floor in inconspicuous areas in the bedroom and bathroom. Hair was also in the shower and on the toilet. I was concerned about how much work was put into "cleaning" the space. The elevator in the parking garage did not work. I waited several minutes for it to come up to the level I was on and it never did. Tried to get on it from the bottom level and got the same result.
