「We had a lovely stay at Hotel Schlosspalais! The hotel was quaint, warm and welcoming, with a beautiful view of Wernigerode Castle right from our room. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the charming old town with plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. Breakfast was delicious and the service was wonderful throughout our stay. A lovely place to stay while visiting Wernigerode!」

「Beautiful hotel and very well managed. Owners were extremely helpful. Views from balcony of River Bode exceptional and plenty of walking routes from the hotel available. Breakfast tasty and plentiful. Dog friendly. Would definitely return!」

「Familievenligt.

「Very friendly staff. Despite our very late arrival the owner of the establishment ensured me I could call him and he would assist us on the check-in. Very large, cosy and comfortable rooms. Plenty parking availability. I warmly recommend this hotel for both business travellers as tourists.」
