「Location is good. Lots of ants and insects in the room. Host was welcoming. But be aware of food cost. Ask price before ordering. We order seafood dinner for three. He made combination of fish, calamari, tiny crabs and few shrimp and charged 50 dollars(water for drink). We paid as we did not ask before eating. Then he came back and ask 800 rupees for driver’s break fast. We paid. A minute later he came for driver’s accommodation cost. At that point we said, NO. We stayed 2 weeks in Sri Lanka....

「Not usually a review scribe but sometimes you just feel compelled to. 5 stars does not do justice to Dinesh and family. Immaculately clean, helpful to a fault, nothing is too difficult to organize on your behalf and OMG the breakfast is more fit for a king than us minions. Look no further if you want a hassle free stay with some (no exaggeration) of the nicest people on this world of ours. 」

「We were extremely pleased with our stay at Pura Sanda Villa. We were a party of five adults (mostly women) and two young kids and we stayed for 4 nights. Our hosts were friendly, loving, attentive and respectful. The matron/owner Dissanayaka cooked breakfast and dinner at our request (for which we paid separately) and her dinner curries were the best we ate in Sri Lanka.
