"It is a well managed hotel run by Cinnamon. The staff are well trained. The estate is huge, which we did not realise until the last day. You can do all kinds of activities without leaving the hotel The room was nice but every time we take shower, the bathroom floor is flooded. No slope on the shower section. We had to ask for extra floor mats. I caught cold and asked for a thermometer. I was surprised that they did not have one. With dozens of staff working, how can they manage staff health without a thermometer?"
