"After a 10 hr drive from Queensland, we had an easy check in with very welcoming staff. Our room was clean and fully equipped with everything we could have needed. The toiletries smelled AMAZING! And the shower water pressure was incredible! Great air-conditioning that cooled the whole room quickly. Our room was clean and we were so grateful to have our room made up while we were out. Every staff member we encountered was so happy and lovely."

"The efforts by all staff I encountered was exceptional, and I greatly appreciate how they took into consideration my post hospital need for a room to be available short of the generalised booking in time. Interactions with room service staff and the quality of meals and service were somethings that enabled me to quickly recuperate, then, coupled with the services available close by I was able to travel readily and eventually return home.
