One complaint we had was the sound of trains underneath the hotel, although we did get used to this, and the trains did not run all night. The staff was very helpful. The restaurant had a very limited menu. We did not sample the breakfast buffet but chose to visit restaurants in the area."

"The staff were helpful. The beds were comfortable and I slept well until we were woken up by noisy people in the next room at around 1am. The pool could have been cleaner and vacuuming could have been more thorough but it was a comfortable enough stay."

"Was told the room would get a “light” service on Sunday morning but when I asked housekeeping for towels she told me we don’t get any service on Sundays. I just went ahead and swapped towels and made my own bed!"
