Communication with the owner was great and she quickly answered the questions I had. The area was virtually amazing. It’s not touristy, which we appreciated. Lots of local shopping marts with the friendliest people and so many things to see. The Seoul City Wall was right up the street - the top had a warm coffee shop with amazing views. "

"A great duplex near Seoul station and myeong-dong. The location is great despite a very little bit up hill which may be trouble to elderly. This house is quite close to Seoul station and around 15 minutes walk to myeong-dong. And a convenient store nearby. This house has two bathroom and washroom which is very enough for a group of people. This house also has a washer and clothes dryer which a normal hotel room does not have. Everything looks fine in the house and nothing to complain. "

"Good place! Nice to have a washing machine in the room. However, NAVER app had me going in circles trying to find Beyond Residence. Hint- Maybe punch in ‘Simple Stay Hotel’ as that is where my taxi was waiting for me. The front of this hotel faces the back of Simple Stay. "
