「Beautifully designed hotel but maintenance and cleanliness is an issue. Water pressure is too low, no hooks for towels, bathroom is too dark. The hotel staff needs to learn to deal with international customers as no one spoke to me in English. All in all good but many issues…」

「Extremely convenient location direct to subway, supermarket, dining options, and cultural sites. Room was clean, spacious, with convenient amenities such as washer dryer, refrigerator, kitchenette.」

「Ming is the first choice of hotel for us, anytime and every time we visit Nanjing. I hope the staff can continue the excellence services they provide and maintain Ming’s high quality. Thanks.」

「The Grand Mansion is very conveniently located next to the President’s Palace and Six Dynasties Museum. We even got free museum admissions from the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious. Hotel stuff was very accommodating and helpful. We did not get to use the amenities due to our tight schedule. But the services we used were excellent. Highly recommended.」
