ガルフ リゾート ビーチ のコンドミニアム

「Place was dirty when we got there, was never cleaned upon arrival. AC was leaking all over the house leaving puddles all over the place. Not one day did we have hot water, we showered and did everything in COLD water for a WEEK. The pictures seem to be taken a while ago because they are not the same then in person. Mold in the shower doors rotting etc. nice location though loved the building just not this specific one. Many problems with no solution」

「Condo view was awesome. Great sunsets. Restaurant was a nice convenience.」

「The host was super fast at responding and was very helpful any time I had a question or needed something. The condo was clean, spacious and exactly what the listing advertised. It was the perfect view of the Gulf. The only downside and this is no fault of the owners/host, the elevators in the building take quite awhile during peak times (10-11am & 4-5:00pm). Other than that, this was a wonderful place and our family looks forward to coming back!」

「The condo was decrated well, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and nice bathroom!」

「We enjoyed staying here! It had all we needed. The area and beach weren't very busy so it was a super relaxing!! Would defiantly stay here again.」

「The area was under construction, but we were given great directions on where to go and park. The property had so many amenities and close to the beach (which we love). The condo was super cute and accommodated us well. The cleanliness of it was clean but definitely looked like a quick clean. Things were dusty and just needed a little more attention done when cleaning. But I'm also an OCD cleaner lol.」

「The view was amazing and Tidewater had a restaurant with a great selection of delicious food choices. We were disappointed that the water was murky and too rough the majority of the time to enjoy leisurely relaxing on a float.」

「Clean easy access to everything」

「Unit was nice and clean. Resort had a number of amenities, only had to leave to do grocery shopping shopping. Will definitely stay there again!」

「Bed wasn’t the most comfortable (warn and springy) but overall we had what we needed. The complex was calm and beach was great.」

「Nice unit, lots to do near by」

「After what felt like Olympic-level research, we booked Summit Beach Resort by Panhandle Getaways in Panama City Beach for our honeymoon—7 nights after a 12-hour drive from North Texas. Check-in? No front desk—just a manager guy(?) handing us paperwork we’d already done and pointing toward the elevators. Outside, a giant “Free Margaritas” sign… attached to a strip club. Inside, scaffolding blocked the “view,” and the photos online felt like a different property entirely. We even had to sign a...

「The condo itself was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. All of the beds were comfortable, communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was easy. We had everything we needed for a great stay.My only suggestions for the property would be to stock a few more plates and cookware, as those were very limited. I'd also recommend bringing extra toilet paper and paper towels. Only one roll of inexpensive toilet paper was provided per bathroom, which didn't last very...

「The host was very informative on the process of checking in and out. Gave phone numbers in case we needed anything at all! The room was very clean, amazing views of the beach, & had plenty of necessities that were needed! The elevators are very busy but being on the 3rd floor made it easy to just skip the elevator wait & take the stairs! All around amazing trip! My family of 4 enjoyed our stay!」

「I really enjoyed the place located close to everything for Panama bike week. Very friendly people answered everytime I had questions. Cozy place and enjoyed everything about it most comfortable bed and couch I have every had at a location」

「Great to work with on last minute reservation!」

「The view was amazing and location was within walking distance to multiple restaurants like Margaritaville amd Dicks last reaort and multiple shops and stores!」
