「This boutique hotel is very well designed and beautifully decorated. The views of the karst mountains are incredible. The restaurant is very good and convenient. However, the entire staff provides INCREDIBLE customer service and most speak English well. 「Un ringraziamento speciale a Xiao che ci ha accompagnato alla scoperta delle montagne attorno alla struttura, ai ragazzi del ristorante e a tutto lo staff che si è preoccupato per noi e ci ha coccolato tutto il tempo del nostro soggiorno. Luogo magico che ti lascia senza fiato, hotel stupendo, camere spaziose, pulite, dotate di ogni comfort. 「市街の喧騒から少し離れて（Taxi 20分）、静かな滞在を望む方にお勧めです。景観区にあって、芦笛岩（鍾乳洞）までは徒歩10分ほどでした。部屋はとても清潔で、いい雰囲気です。スタッフの方々も親切で、チェックインは流暢な英語で対応してくれました。荷物を置いて出かけようとしたら、説明を日本語で紙に書いていてくれました。」

「The staff go way beyond the ordinary to make sure your stay is the best possible. I really have to commend the staff in every way. For one, when you check out, they intentionally time a quick check of your room to make sure you didn’t forget anything. If you did, they call within minutes of your checkout to let you know.
