グイドニアのアパート

「Hotels.comに記載されている住所は管理会社の住所であり、アパートメントの住所とは異なるので注意が必要。実際のアパートメントは駅からもバス停からも少し距離があり、沢山の荷物を持って向かうのは疲れる。ただし、管理人が親切に案内連絡してくれる(アプリで)ので、迷うことはなかった。 必要な部屋の設備はちゃんとあるが、ティシュやシャンプーなどの消耗品はないので持参が必要。部屋の清掃はしっかりとされており、キレイだった。ただし、扇風機は埃だらけ、浴槽のカビは気になった。 あとはガスコンロが4つあったがどれも火力が弱い。お湯を沸かすのに、何分かかったことか…」

「テルミナ駅付近は治安が悪いと聞いていましたが、マンゾーニの駅で集団スリに遭いました。幸運にも何も被害はありませんでしたが、かなり警戒しないとならない地区です。ホテルの入り口のドアも写真ではありませんが、落書きされています。」

「地下鉄Ottavianoから5分ほど、ヴァティカンからも近く観光には便利でした。静かで治安のいい場所です。 周囲に大きなスーパーはありませんが、10分ほど歩けばいくつかあります。 アパートの入り方などもわかりやすかったです。 部屋は清潔で広く、エアコン完備です。簡易キッチンや冷蔵庫、電子レンジなどあります。 シャワーのお湯の水量も問題ありませんでした。 タオルリネンもたくさんあります。 基本的にスタッフと会うことはありませんが、whatsappなどですぐに連絡が取れます。 2日に1回くらい清掃が入るようです。これは調整可能でした。 洗濯機は共用で、グラウンドフロアかつフロントにしかなかったので少し不便でした。干す場所もどうやらそこになるようで、無理やり部屋に干していました。」

「The personnel at BDC Apartments were exceptional. Once we booked the apartment for 4 adults, an email was sent welcoming us. We were provided all the information about the apartment and we were also offered shuttle setup to and from the airport. We stayed 7 days at the apartment and was given cleaning service midweek.
