"I loved this place the first time I stayed there: price was great, clean, cozy. This time I noticed there was an extra $35 "Property Fee" on my receipt which was not included last year. This upped the price and made it more expensive than other places I have stayed in the area. I chose this mostly for the high rating and the low price, but will probably not stay there again, sadly."
