The Westin Hotel. Home away from home

My stay was amazing. What a beautiful hotel! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Of course the bed, pillows made my sleep pleasurable. I will surely stay there again. And the restaurant was amazing.

This place was great. The whole time I felt safe and the hotel staff are very friendly. They helped us get a taxi every time we needed it. The best part of all was the location. Close to a lot of places we wanted to visit. Definitely would stay here again.

Quality Business Hotel in the Heart of the City

The suite is expansive, with panoramic views. Lovely. To improve the stay, focus should be on upscaling the menu and quality of the food. Should be more sophisticated. The customer service is excellent and responsive, both managerial and from waitstaff.

We had a good stay, but a large amounts of conventions that went on across the street at the Guadalajara Expo. The traffic was heavy to get in and out. Groups of young people gathering in the lobby and lobby bathroom were common, they didn’t seem like they were staying there. The Starbucks was nice to have in the lobby, The bathroom was awesome! The food was too gourmet, can I just get a plain burger, please. The beds were comfortable, but the doors slammed shut too loudly, it was a circus every morning hearing the doors one after another. The rooms were cleaned and service was excellent. I would consider coming again, but might reconsider because of all the commotion across the street
