「The pool was cloudy when we arrived. There was mild in the fridge and freezer. The jacuzzi was dirty with hair shavings in the drain. The kitchen faucet barely worked and kept falling off. We were promised a BBQ grill which did not arrive until the last week we were there. We bought food based on being able to use a grill. Not happy or satisfied at all. Several times the hot water tank stopped working several times.」
