area was in great condition, clean and average size for a hotel, but they did not restock the towels enough, the poolside service took over an hour for a drink order. I would stay again, it is very close to the Toyota Amphitheatre, 30 minutes from Sacramento. "

& spa were nice. Excellent customer service and breakfast. However; the bed in our room was the worst. Hard as a rock and it was not level. We both slip down the bed. The toilet is child size and tilted toward the tub. Not a fun experience if you have any back problems. "

Staff was friendly, but mediocre helpful. There were loud tenents in the room(s) above us... I approached the staff member at the front dest 3x throughout the night to help, they insisted they called the noisy rooms but then I realized THERE WERE NO PHONES IN THE ROOM. We got no sleep, I felt unsafe, my kids were traumatized by the noise...
