「Club Wyndham Resort at Fairfield Bay was great. Very friendly staff and super helpful. However, interaction with VRBO was challenging. Due to significant COVID spike in Arkansas, we felt it best to cancel. After repeated attempts to cancel online and telephonically, 10 days before our stay, Club Wyndham was never notified. 「I stayed one night while on a fishing trip. This place was perfect for my stay. It was an excellent, clean, well-furnished accommodation. Perfect for a single, couple, or even some with small kids. The host had a fresh 1/2 gallon of milk in the fridge, along with so yogurt and bottled water. They also had single cereal boxes, breakfast bars, and even popcorn. 「We loved the house, all the house it self was great, very comfortable beds, you will feel like you are in home. They have everything you need. I really loved the kitchen.」

「The property manager was very accommodating. He allowed us to check in early. The house was open and roomy and with the family you did not feel confined. The open floor plan made life easier when everyone was inside. The large dining room table accommodated everyone for breakfast and dinner. The porch space was a plus with the outside flat grill. 「Checkin was a breeze and the place was VERY clean. The interior is beautifully finished and furnished with all of the amenities you could ask for and the owner was very accommodating. Would have liked to stay longer. The only notes I would give are the water heater temp needs to be turned up a bit (I think the cold air was cooling the pipes before it got to the shower head) and the front door was drafty around the seal so the front of the room was chilly.」
