「The place and the whole location are amazing. Green trees and cool temps. The restaurant on site is nice. The couple of people we worked with were great. The only comment would be that it is unclear from the posting that there is no kitchen. More like a hotel suite, which was fine. Just not clear in the posting. I also sent a message the day before asking about fires, which was never replied to.」

「This was a perfect vacation for our family to be outdoors and enjoying the beautiful scenery. 」

「Everything was great. Only exception is that Check-In on Expedia states 2pm but when checking in was told it was 3pm. Front desk did check me in, but glad I didn't show at 2pm that was originally planned」

「The room was dirty, nit dusted the shower was filthy, I spilled water on the bathroom floor, and I used a washcloth to dry it. The washcloth was black. The furniture was old and broken. A door was taped shut, and then just dust. You could tell the room had not been dusted, but the worst part was the bathroom and shower floor.」
