  • Reconnect with loved ones in this beautiful lake house in Greer. Greer is one of AZ's best kept secrets. At over 8,000ft of elevation, highs during the summer typically hit the upper 70s and from November to March it is a winter wonderland. Whether you're looking for a snowy retreat or a summer getaway, this is the perfect accommodation for up to 8 people. This is also one of the closest houses you can get to Sunrise Ski resort!

    This home has been recently updated with many modern touches and is professionally decorated. As of 2026 there is a brand new Trex deck and newly remodeled bathrooms. You will enjoy the quiet and remote forest atmosphere of Greer with all of the comforts of home. There are 3 bedrooms plus a loft that sleeps 2. Modern kitchen with high-end appliances. Access to a private lake to fish, paddle, or swim. Enjoy the beautiful outdoors on a wrap-around deck with a new hot tub as of 2025, outdoor grill, and dining area.

    Note - the gas fireplace isn’t currently working and is waiting on a timer part.
