「It was a nightmare checking in. Staff said they couldnt find our reservation number. Then claimed they found it and gave us a room, but not the one we reserved and paid for. When questioned, we were told we had to call Expedia!?! So we did, and after about 2 hours we were finally given the actual room we had reserved. Such a hassel for a stay at a hotel that was not as great as claimed.」

「Check-in staff very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Great for a brief stay if you are not looking for extras. Pros: clean sheets, comfortable bed, clean floor, decent bathroom, nice to have soap dispenser at sink. Cons: unappealing curbside, lobby and hallways smell like old cigarette smoke (room did not), no where to set your luggage, low quality shower head, air conditioner very noisy/loud. Plan on getting morning coffee elsewhere, not available at hotel. Was very pleased for one...

「The pool is shut down permemantly now, and the ice machine on the 4th floor is broken. Wouldn't recommend staying while they have parties with people not staying in the hotel. But the beds were very clean & no bugs. The young lady at the desk on Saturday was very helpful when I left my energy drink in the room after we left.」

「For the price, it's well rounded and the breakfast is good! First place I've been served gravy and biscuits. The fridge in the room was not full size, but large! Microwave in the room! Staff was nice and put me by an end door for the doggo to go potty. I need to check out the pool next time!」

「Room 225. Very dirt room and bathroom. No towels or new toilet paper. Hair and pee on floor and bathroom door. Breakfast was awful. No drinks for kids only coffee. 2 cereals and waffles is not a breakfast.」
