Very nice room - but check-in was a nightmare. The key did not scan - so we pulled our suitcase back down to the front desk - they swiped the key again, acted like we were cray and didn't know how to operate the room key and sent us back up to try again. The key did not work. We pulled our suitcase down to the lobby again. The gentleman at the desk acted like we weren't doing something correct and swiped the key again and handed it to me. We had stayed here before and I will say it is a nice clean hotel. Also there is a nice area to walk at behind the hotel. It was a great location. The staff at the desk were very polite, informative, and had great hospitality. My only complaint was the woman working named Linda. I only know her name because I had asked. Right at 10 am I understand that they shut the doors however a young man was still in there and when she opened the door to let him out she shook her head, not looking to happy....

We loved our stay here! The location of the hotel is beautiful, situated between a river with a working mill on one side and a train on the other. The train never disturbed our stay, but the location was ideal. We loved walking around downtown and the easy access to restaurants. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and modern. Everything was updated and everything about our stay was convenient and easy. We loved staying here!
