「Floors in main area, elevator and room not clean. No soap in one bathroom main floor, breakfast was poorly stocked. Only one luggage cart and it was not available. Staff was not present at front desk (main lobby empty). 」

「No one revealed that they were under remodel until we got there. I called the day we got there and paid and no one said that they were under remodel. There was NO lobby and NO pool as advertised on their web site. This was also not on the Expedia website. I had no money to choose another hotel so we stayed much to me and my grandchildren disappointment. We had counted on the pool to make our few days out complete. 「Hotel was a dated, but the rooms were large and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good with a nice variety of selections. It is in a safe area, the only thing i would say is the property is right off the highway, so my room was on the side facing the highway. It was a bit noisy when trying to sleep.
