「This is Carlisle’s premier hotel and it is always a joy to stay here. Everything has been thoughtfully considered, from the spacious and comfortable rooms to the excellent facilities. What really sets the hotel apart, however, is the staff. They are consistently warm, professional, and helpful, making every stay feel welcoming and effortless. I genuinely can’t fault it and always look forward to returning.」

「Good value - get what you pay for. Good clean bed and bedrooms.」

「I stayed for one night and appreciated having an affordable place close to the station, with plenty of shops nearby. I was also happy to find a kettle with coffee and tea, which made for a fresh and pleasant morning. The only downside was that there was no hand soap or shampoo provided, which would have made the stay more comfortable. Overall, I’m satisfied with what I received for the price and happy with my stay」

It was an accessible room and the bathroom had plenty of handrails, just one problem the bath was too steep and high too get into for someone with accessibility issues. A walk In shower would have been more accessible. Breakfast was great. I had to go back for extra sausage lol」

「Upon checking in was greeted by an unfriendly team member who was not welcoming. There is no lift in this hotel so we had to take our luggage down stairs and then upstairs which was horribly inconvenient. The room was ok but with no air conditioning it was much hotter inside than it was outside. There was a fan in the room that could have been turned on for us but wasn’t. There was only one towel in the bathroom, so my husband and I had to share as when we realized it was too late to request...
