「I like the personal touch with before bed snacks. Staff is excellent response and friendly.」

「The staff on reception were excellent and so helpful. Nothing was to much for them. With us not speaking Chinese fluently, they arranged any thing we asked with a smile and professionalism. Can’t praise them high enough. They made our stay so much better.」

「Clean and functional, walkable to different places, a lot of shops nearby. Very nice for a two star hotel. Absolutely good for overnight stay. However it’s a little bit walk -17 min to subway to Kunming south station. 」

「Good environment. Close to a lot of attractions.」

「I picked this hotel for its pool but the pool was closed until mid July. Otherwise it is a nice hotel and the staff is helpful.」
