「The property is extremely run down. Wasn't expecting a palace but everything about this property was dirty, run down, tired, and needing a refresh. There was ants crawling everywhere in my room because the door was left propped open by the cleaning staff, and the weather strip on the bottom of the door was gone. I know we're in the woods but there was spider webs on all of the corners of the exterior and the balcony railings. Beds were tired, the shower was being held together with caulking, and...

「The room was clean, big and open, yet had an "older" stale feel to it. The window AC had a hard time keeping the room cool. The bathroom was nicely tiled and the shower was great. We appreciated the extra bath towels in the room without having to bother housekeeping to bring more. We utilized the balcony and took our drinks out there from the bar. Very nice view of the park.」

「The Bavarian Inn was a very clean and friendly Inn. It was peaceful and quiet; something you don't get a most motels.We will defiantly stay there next time we go to Eureka Springs.」
