"The hotel is located in the heart of downtown Guadalajara, and it’s a great deal for the price. I had a wonderful time until I returned from a night out. It was dark, and all the doors were locked. I had to call the hotel, and the night guard/receptionist was not very helpful. I left my keys at the desk when I went out, and he asked me a bunch of questions, but not the right ones. I gave him my room number, my ID, and my reservation on my phone, but he still gave me a hard time. I just wanted to...

"Everything about this property is great from location, to the rooms (spacious and very nice), to the nearness in the Tlaquepaque, too the great security. The omelets are very good. Only thing i didn't like was my first cup of coffee didn't taste great. "
