I had a very nice stay at the Hotel Riu Plaza Guadalajara. The hotel was very clean, the amenities I used were well maintained, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of options. One of the highlights for me was the 360° rooftop view. It is absolutely beautiful and offers one of the best views of Guadalajara. The staff in general were very friendly and attentive, which made the stay even more pleasant. The only thing I found a little disappointing was the parking policy. Considering this is a five-star hotel and we were staying in a higher-category room, I was surprised that parking was not included and had to be paid for separately on a daily basis. I completely understand paying extra for valet parking as an additional service, but having to pay simply to use the hotel’s regular parking lot felt a little unexpected for a five-star property. Overall, though, I had a very good experience and enjoyed my stay.

Everything was good nice place clean definitely will staying there again but they should add a microwave on there suits. What I didn’t like was that they would tern the air conditioner off wild they clean the room.

Out standing on cleanliness on my room. Greatest views ever!!! Great place for talking pictures. No mosquitoes at all. Everyone was so helpful and too professional. Thank you RIU Guadalajara team for making me had such a great time.

Good hotel. Not what I would consider "5-star", but a good place to stay. Crown level room was very large and very big, but very dated. In need of a renovation after 15 years. Not tired, just dated. Bed was not particularly comfortable and shower was nearly impossible to get more than 30 sec of tolerable temp water. Housekeeping was outstanding. Pool is unusable on Saturdays. 115db awful music, unlike any pool I've ever seen anywhere in the world. Hard pass. Exec lounge is nice. Quiet, never crowded, decent snacks and free beer. Front desk staff is efficient and professional, not outgoing super-friendly. Rooftop bar was similar - efficient, professional, but sort of cold. Roof bar is pretty amazing, though. View is the best in the city. Location is good, not a ton to do walking distance from the hotel. Overall, I'd stay again if I was there on business again. Not enough amenities for a real vacation, though.
