「La suite estaba padrísima y como hotel boutique es un sitio sumamente recomendable. La ubicación está excelente.」

「Bastante bien en general. Solo que los pasillos del hotel huele demasiado a humedad. Afortunadamente las habitaciones no, pero sw ve que se les mojan las alformbras y no hay forma de secarlas」

「エレベーターに乗ろうとしたら清掃員が出てきた。乗ろうとしたら挨拶もせず黙ってモップを振り回し出した。乗れずに待っていたが、あまりにも時間がかかるので、他のエレベーターに移動した。失礼な清掃員だと思ったが、あれで床を乾燥させていたのかと後で思った。食事中にレストランの床清掃はやめてほしいと思った。メキシコでは普通なのかもしれない。」

「El hotel esta bien y todos sus servicios tambien. Pero el personal debe tratar de pedir a los huespedes que se registran tarde y a aquellos que no hagan tanto ruido. 」

「It's a shame that despite being a great hotel, there is a huge difference in the personal skills of the staff, with some being helpful and others clearly just not wanting to bother.」

「フロント、客室サービス、レストラン、などどのサービスをとっても素晴らしいと思います。 特にレストランの方々のサービスが素晴らしいと思います。 隣の部屋のドアを閉める音が気になると言えば気になりますが、至って快適でした。 唯一変えて欲しいなと思ったのは、無料の朝食がほぼ毎日変わらないこと。滞在が6日に及んだため、長期滞在者を飽きさせない工夫をもう少しして欲しいな、と思います。 ロケーションは最高です。 中心部に出掛けるにも郊外に出掛けるにも便利な場所です。」
