Nice little boutique hotel near some really good restaurants and centrally located.
Nice pool and hot tub, a small restaurant and a bar by the pool. I will stay again!
This is our go-to hotel when we travel to Guadalajara. It is close to our dentist and there are outstanding restaurants a block away. The staff is always friendly, professional, and they have always accommodated any special requests we have.
The hotel itself was very cute and staff was great. However we had difficulty getting hot water and on one occasion the water shut off completely mid shower.
I continue to make this one of my top places to stay in all of Guadalajara. They are located walking distance from some to the best places to eat. They have an excellent gym just around the corner. The staff is amazing. The pool and bar are perfect to spend some evening time at. And the rooms are super business and pleasure friendly.
This is an amazing hotel. The staff is so nice and professional. The hotel is designer glam . The pool is great . The gym is very small and not much there but big gyms are around the corner . location is safe . This is a true small gem .
This is truly a hidden gem! The staff is incredibly friendly, and they go above and beyond what is expected of them to make sure that your stay is great. The rooms are so big, beds are comfy, and they have so many amenities. Please do not skip and the food they offer at their restaurant. They offer many traditional like chilaquiles and cochinita pebil.
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The location is great and it’s clean. The staff is not very friendly! They seemed to be bothered when asking them questions. They made me feel like I was asking something that I should known. Overall I like the stay. I asked for ice and they seemed like they didn’t want to provide me with it. I asked the receptionist if I could have ice and she said I had to wait for the bellboy to arrive.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The actual staff (not the front desk) were amazing!! Went above and beyond
The rooms were a little lacking.. door handles falling off, shower head was shooting everywhere and the alll tile bathroom was definitely a slippery one! We had to ask for towels as there was only one. And the room key keeps the lights on which was a little weird
And we had a couple friends come over for a drink and they charged us.. didn’t even stay the night
Regarding private pool suite, air conditioner is not working properly, the coffee and other amenities like water are not courtesy, dispate this is the higher room option at the hotel. Staff tries to be friendly, but it's not funcional around different necessities and complains. It is not recommended. In my personal experience, there're other similar budget places worth better.
The pool suite does not have a "private pool" as advertised. Was very disappointed by this... There is a large spa in the room however it wasn't clean enough for us to feel comfortable using it. The water turned brown after filling it. The room was nice and clean, very spacious. I wouldn't call it a suite though, there is only one space and a pretty large bathroom. The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly and the property is very well kept and clean. You could eat off of the floors in the hallway. The pool is nice and there's a little bar and a restaurant as well. Overall I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again, just not in the pool suite. Next time I'll try the presidential suite and see if that room fits with its name a little better.
We stayed here for 2 nights while in Guadalajara for a tour. This hotel is in a nice part of town. It was particularly quiet when we stayed around Christmas. The restaurant at this hotel is great. Both room service and in-person dining was delicious with good service. There are a couple of improvements I think that could be made. One is that we only had one bath towel and one toilet paper roll in the room for a two night stay for two people. They should keep more stocked in the room, so guests don't have to go out looking for them. The second thing is that you have to have the key card in a slot in the room for the lights to work. This saves energy, but we only had 1 key card, so when we ran out of towels and toilet paper, my partner went down to go look for more, but had to leave me in the bathroom in complete dark while he did so. Not ideal. I'm disappointed we didn't have time to swim in the pool or use some of the other facilities due to lack of time, but they looked very nice. We visit Guadalajara at least once a year, so we plan on stopping by this hotel in the future. It seems like a great place for families, couples, or even business travelers.

Liked: Cleanliness
Nice location with good restaurants close by. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Air conditioning however had an extensive repertoire of sounds. On reflection we should have asked for another room. I would not recommend rooms just around the corner from the lobby as noise levels in the morning can be annoying. Did not use the pool but lots of people including children were enjoying it. There is a bar located close to the pool. Breakfast not included however there is a good selection for dining in and staff were friendly. Unfortunately, although we pre-paid for the room, and paid an extra deposit of 1,000 pesos on checking in, we were asked two days before checkout for another deposit. We only went to the bar once, and had two breakfast bills. We felt that we were not trusted to pay the final balance. For this reason we will not be returning to this hotel.
We have stayed here many many times although the staff changes the service always is very good. It’s a great location and the rooms are really nice. It’s great pool. Everything’s cool.
This wasour second time at this hotel, and we are very pleased with the service/comfort of the room and all the amenities, including a steam room, pool Jacuzzi and a cute little Nespresso machine. It’s an absolute gem!
