Pullman in Lyon was ideal as were were leaving by train the next day. Turned out not just convenient, it was an excellent hotel for many other great reasons! Very hospitable and highly recommended.

The room was fine. We slept well. The breakfast was very nice. The lobby area entrance was a little bit run down. The staff were very helpful and charming.

Excelent service

As this was our first French B&B, I wasn't sure what to expect. Not like an American B&B if that's what you're looking for, but Philippe was an excellent host. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of amenities like chargers for our devices and good wifi. Nice budget hotel. Good location for football stadium with a few bars / takeaways very close by, Staff were friendly and the hotel / rooms were well maintained with good air conditioning and a late check out time.

Very nice little cabin. The air conditioning was much needed. Got in late but got to do a nice early morning walk along the lake and canal very pretty.

Simple, clean , comfortable

There’s nothing like a warm welcome and deeply curious staff, invested in their craft and your experience. We arrived to a beautiful hotel and a team that wanted to know about us, genuinely curious, led by the remarkable Francois who, once he learned that we were going to walk the Puy, shared an enthusiasm that was infectious. That the rooms are gorgeous is almost a given. They are. As are the pool and bar. Francois embodies grace. Wow.

This is a lovely hotel, with very nice staff and a great breakfast. We chose this hotel mainly because of location and it has parking, but the whole experience has been great. The person at the front desk was so helpful in recommending a restaurant on a Sunday evening too. We have travelled the world and this is one of our favorites overall.

The staff was very friendly and hotel was a very nice hotel. It was very close to the train station which was the main purpose for this hotel stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel more than met our expectations. Our family of 4 stayed in the room on the 4th floor and it had plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely stay again.
