"The hotel was in a great location and only two blocks from the airport train. The check in was quick. We quickly discovered that we were assigned the one room next to the elevators that each floor has. We didn't even go in, we went right back to the front desk and were then provided a comparable room down the hall away from the elevators. The view was overlooking the downtown. At times there were issues getting to the ground floor using the hotels 4 elevators. The hotel has a very busy business and event business that can at times cause issues with using the elevators, not every time, but about a third of the time. Staff was always friendly and professional. The room was super clean and the bed was between medium and soft. Bathroom was exceptionally clean and well designed."

"Very nice hotel. The rooms are fresh and clean. Best part is the showers are walk in and spacious with a nice rain head shower head. The hot water is hott and only needs to be on less than have too get that heat. This was my second stay. It’s a clean and safe neighborhood. Watch out for the monopoly slots, the towers might be full but they don’t fall easy to get the bonus board round"

"The location was excellent for doing tourist stuff. The staff was very attentive. The only gripes I have are that the AC in the room didn't seem to work properly. It was always stuffy when we came back to our room. There was no fan in the bathroom, which causes it to be very steamy and humid in the bathroom after showers. Lastly, the elevators took forever. There were only 3 working. Overall, though, it was lovely."
