「This place is amazing, beautifully decorated immaculate scenery breathtaking. Firepit was lovely with full moon. Nice time to spend with family. Only drawback I see is if you have trouble with stairs. Can’t say enough about this place if u want to getaway and chill this is the place for you On the other hand much to do nearby. 「The Welcome Book needs updating. We were told we had a gas fire pit and we didn’t. The access to Beach chairs etc. , door was locked. Clean up was different than what was expected on my email. 」

「This property is exactly as described in the listing. There is no ocean beach access, but it’s close enough to hear the surf. The Quonnie breachway, dock, and Quonnie pond are within easy walking distance. The kitchen is well-equipped and the deck out back was delightful for a cookout. The home is very neat and clean, a typical Rhode Island beach house. The owners were kind enough to return to us a small item that we left behind! We highly recommend this listing. It was perfect for us. 」

「We stayed for 4 nights in September. The cottage was just as advertised and we were very comfortable. Lynn was very responsive to questions. The kitchen was stocked incredibly well and anything we needed was available. The location was perfect since it was only about 1 mile to the Cliff Walk, 2 to downtown Newport and very close to the nature preserve. Thank you for letting us stay in the cottage for our Newport visit!」

「We stayed for a wedding at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport. The locatio. Was perfect, a 3 minute walk to Easton beach with the Cliff Walk beginning at the end of the beach. Walkable to all of downtown Newport and a very cool neighborhood with lots of dining options. House was well stocked and clean with a great backyard. We will be back!」

The house and grounds were super-clean and ready when we arrived, and the house was well-stocked with cooking, linen, entertainment, and beach supplies! Brenda was extremely communicative and attentive when I had a couple of questions arise. You can see the water from the attached porch- we loved taking in the view each morning and watching the sunset at night!」
