「Stay was great. 」

「The house was great for 6 of us. It was clean. The beds are comfortable. Very quiet. Fully stocked kitchen with Viking range. 30 minutes from Bar Harbor. 20 minutes from mots parts of Acadia National Park. A couple miles from restaurants and town. Must try Clark Point Cafe for breakfast and pastries. Great place to stay! 」

「Perfect location on the “Quietside” of the island. We used the cabin as our home base for hikes and exploring Acadia, which is about 30 minutes away. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect for unwinding after long days in the park. Diana and C were very communicative and helpful, and we’d absolutely stay again on our next trip. 」

「This is the PERFECT house for a bigger group. We had 13 people (4 families) and we all had our own ample space in the house. Plenty of bathrooms. It was extremely well-equipped. The owners truly thought of everything for all age groups. We had a 19-month old all the way up to a 70 year old, and everyone had everything they needed. Very cute with tons of character. The best setting for our family vacation.」

We were closs enough to Acadia but didn't have to deal with the congestion of Bar Harbor unless we wanted to. So glad we chose to stay here instead! 」

「This is a great place to stay when visiting Acadia NP and Mount Desert Island. We stayed with our four children (ages ranging from 14 to 23) and had plenty of space. The back yard and hot tub were greatly appreciated after hiking days. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, but we also took advantage of local restaurants. Wonderful vacation spot! Also, the hosts were quick to respond to questions.」

「Huge house and grounds with plenty of room to spread out. Quiet wooded area with lots of amenities, we especially loved the pool and hot tub with hiking every day it was a great way to unwind. Additionally the basement game area led to many highly competitive games of air hockey, ping pong, and pool. So quiet in the mornings we could hear the leaves falling and saw deer just crossing the yard. Big kitchen completely fitted out for anything you wanted to cook. We stuck with breakfast and snacks...

「This house was exactly as described. Great location close to the quieter trails in Acadia but only 30 minutes to Bar Harbor. The drive is beautiful and it never felt long because there were cute towns to stop at along the way. 15 minutes to the grocery store and 10 minutes to the gas station. The owners are super responsive getting back to us in minutes with any questions we had. Kids loved the fire pit and hot tub. Would highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again if we are back in...

「The location alone is a wonderful reason to rent this place - so close to Beal’s, we ate there twice, and a lovely neighborhood for walking, with town just steps away. But on top of that, it was a good and comfortable home base for exploring the area. We had all we needed, and loved that we could stay with our dog. 」
